In order to view the webcast, you must be able to view a Windows Media File. If your operating system is Windows XP, you should be all set to view. Please take a moment to test your system.

If you could not view the test file, you may need to download the free Windows Media Player of your choice from the Microsoft website. Click here or on the graphic below and follow the directions to download a free WMP.

After you have successfully downloaded the Windows Media Player and rebooted your system, try to play the movie again. If you are still having problems viewing the test movie, you may want to contact Microsoft Tech support for help.

Step 2: CHECK YOUR INTERNET SPEED

For proper viewing, you will need a high Speed Internet Connection. DSL or Cable will suffice.

PLUG-IN DOWNLOAD - ONE TIME! Instructions

When you go to view a show for the first time, you will be asked to download a plug-in. This is a one time download. You will not be asked to download this again in the future.

This plug-in will not conflict with your operating system. Just follow the directions during the download.
